This must stretch the use of the word natural.
I was reading this article about a 'man' who has just had a baby girl.She/He was a woman that had a sex change to become a man.
She/He married to a woman. I assume a real one this time.
She/He was inseminated artificially.
And it was classed as a natural birth. That stretches the English language somewhat.
Poor little tyke.

Technically, it's not a man as he/she has not gone the whole hog on the gender reassignment.
I have some sympathy with people who for whatever reason feel trapped inside the wrong gender - it must be terribly confusing and depressing for them. However, what does puzzle me is that if you were a woman, wanting to be a bloke why on earth would you want to become impregnated in order to have a child - it's just not logical Captain.
Bag & Henry
The rest of the story does make it logical.
I to, have sympathy for someone who feels that they are trapped in the wrong body with the wrong gender-----although, I think I would suffer in silence and not have the guts to suffer the ridicule from others after having gender ressignment surgery.
But this "guy"hadnt gone the whole hog and when his wife could not conceive by any method, he stepped up----because he could.
Hey, I have no kids and it is the biggest regret of my life---at least he wont have that regret
Good luck to them
Guys, I don't have an axe to grind either way. I think what they do is up to them and I was not judging them at all.
It was the words 'natural birth' that made me laugh.
