Reviewing policy.
This article says that the Police are rethinking Stop and Search. Read here.The part I found interesting is that although they are clearly going to be reviewing the policy of Stop and Search I think the use of the word 'rethinking' implies that thought went into it in the first place.
I'm not so sure of that. Even worse I suspect that whatever they put in place will likely be no better as it is being 'reviewed' by the same people.
At least they were going on something identifiable before. What can they replace that with? A toss of a coin?
