The title reads 'Pakistan police attack protesters' We clearly still don't like Pakistan. If it was here it would be 'UK police break up violent protesters'.
Which is a bizarre stance to take given Musharraf's assistance in allowing US/UK forces acces to Afghanisatan from inside Pakistan and overflying rights to track down Osama Bin Liner in the border resgions.
I think they willpush every country that does not conform the the wests idealuntilit struggles a bit then it will be labelled as 'not on our side'. Everyone in the world is trying not to be the one that upsets the West. Wonder how it will be if they set up their own alliance and actually meant it. It will never happen because they are happy fighting amongst themselves and we are happy to encourage it.
But if I was the leaderof one of these 'not hostile but not a favoured friend' then I would be considering other options bar appeasement and keeping ones head down. It works so well for us.
Hi, I love how you are running this blog. I just started a blog of my own and I was wondering if you would like to do a link exchange with my site. My site can be found at:

If you want to do this, just leave a comment on my site, on any post, and I’ll link you later that night.
I'm a divorced guy with two grown up kids. One has a child of her own so I'm a granddad. Makes me sound old which is right. We live in the NW of England and I'm a manager in a computer consultancy and tend to get involved in fixing things. I enjoy my job which seems to be unusual in this day and age even with the Dilbert type things that drive me loopy.
You might not like what you read here but it is the way I see it.
As you have probably worked out I have an opinion on everything. I'm happy to discuss any subject with anyone and it's not
unknown for me to change my views with a new viewpoint or a few well thought out arguments.
Leave a comment if you want to contribute.
You never know you might make me change my opinion.
If you want to EMail me then I can be contacted

. My PGP Key is available here.

Hey Bag Hope come you get all the cool guys wanting to link to you. I don't remember you doing too many sports stories.
