Is this justice? Jail for showing a video clip. OK the guy may be a bit strange wanting this clip but he isn't the only one. The problem is that she watched it after he offered. He didn't tie her down and force her eyes open. She watched it and got a bit upset. Tough luck. Take responsibility for yourself.Does this now mean that I can sue when I watch ITV and see one of those sickening smoking ads? I don't want to watch it. Complaining doesn't help as they had record complains but kept showing them. I have to switch over.
Why didn't she just stop watching?
